A neighbor referred Mauzy to us. They were always professional and easy to work with. Cody was great and answered all our questions, made changes the HOA requested, and had incredible patience getting the AC and heat approved. At the installation, Shawn and Luis were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They were very careful to keep the house clean. They aware great to keep us informed of the problems, fixes and progress. It was a great experience. The only thing I did not know was that holes would be cut in the drywall and they don’t fix that. Overall, everything was 5 star.

We already had problems with our AC unit 2 years after they installed it which we are upset about. But the technician, Kyle M, who came to fix it was good. He was very professional and gave good service. He detected the problem, fixed it in a timely manner, and supposedly he gave us a good deal. Unfortunately, we still have to pay over $800. Brand new AC units shouldn’t be giving us any issue this soon. Hoping it doesn’t happen again

Johnathan was outstanding. He was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. I especially liked the way he showed me pictures and explained what he did and what was needed. Mauzy should be very proud to have someone like him representing them. I definitely want him to come back the next time o get service. Service: HVAC system maintenance
