He finished his inspection quickly and provided a detail Ed report on potential repairs that needed to be made as well as price estimates. When I first met with the representative of Mauzy to get a quote everything seemed great. The price and system they offered was very competitive to the other companies and I decided to accept the offer and get the ac installed. After I got the paperwork for the offer emailed to me, it was pulled because it was "miss quoted". Despite being explicit that it was a new ac install from the beginning, the quote was only for a replacement. I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and signed a revised contract (at 2k additional cost). The day of the installation came and the team was very nice, and tidied up after themselves. During the install one of the members pointed out that the drain needed to be hooked up under the sink for the condensation, and since they did not do that they would send someone out to do that later. Again I gave the team the benefit of the doubt and finished up some paperwork on let them on their way. Within 20 min I got a call from the office to go over

Good service. Crazy crazy expensive pricing. $2200 to clean one air conditioner and replace a pump on another? There’s five total units in the house. A whole system costs 10k. Almost better off just replacing two of the units for that price. Good service but we definitely got screwed with pricing when my wife was home alone.
