Mauzy Heating, Air & Solar

Literally if I could give zero stars I would! I’m absolutely furious with Mauzy and their horrible company & service! I had Mauzy install My brand new AC and solar 2 years ago. This month alone my air conditioning has gone out 6 times! Every time they come out it’s “oh you need a new filter and maintenance” which I got done. Lasted a few days before going out again. Then it’s “oh you need this $800 pump”, I get the pump. Last a few days. Then it’s “the slope of your drain isn’t high enough”, well you guys installed the damn drain and put it at that slope. Then it’s “you run the AC too much”, so I run it less, give it breaks and put it at a higher temperature. Last time it was “you need a new hose drain, this one isn’t the right size and keep kinking, so they install a new hose drain. Less than 24 hours later my air conditioner stops working again! I make another appointment for them to come out today, Monday 8/27 from 2-6pm, I call them around 4pm to figure out if they can give me a ti

Tanner and Jr were very professional and their work was neat and thorough. They were here full day and were very pleasant and answered all my qurstions. Tanner explained everything at end of job and seemed very knowledgeable. Very happy with their work. Service: Installation

AC started turning on and off intermittently. We live on the third story in Lakeside so up and down the stairs is no easy task. Plus getting to the roof is not easy. Brett was awesome, funny and professional. He seemed thorough and honest. We bought the Mauzy membership because of him. Thank you Brett! I’m cold now! Service: HVAC system repair
