The technicians arrived early & began by diagnosing the issue of the a/c not cooling the house as it should. They were very patient and thorough in figuring this out. We have been doing business with So Cali since we purchased our home ???? 2017 They had replaced one of our units prior to our purchase.We continued with them for cleaning/maintenance. Summer/August 2020 our other unit died. In our area it’s the WORST possible time for a unit to die, much less during the height of the pandemic. The office manager, Claudia, was amazing at keeping us updated on our unit’s progress. Very pleased with our install team’s attention to detail and attitudes despite the heat. We schedule them for yearly maintenance and are always pleased with their professional performance.
