Hassler installed our furnace and some mini-splits some years ago. They did a great job, and we couldn't have been more impressed with their people. They know their stuff, and they're a pleasure to deal with. A team had to come by today to sort out an issue, and they were just as knowledgeable and pleasant as ever. Highest marks! We had our HVAC melt down. Lyes was able to make time for us at the end of a very long day, diagnose the problem, and install the appropriate part quickly and professionally. He had clear, workable suggestions for making sure this doesn’t happen again, and did a great job explaining our options for installing a new thermostat as well. I cannot recommend Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning more highly. They did a fantastic job with our broken water heater from the wonderful service technician who came out to troubleshoot (Lyes!) to the equally wonderful team (Erick and Orlando) who advised us on a good replacement water heater and installed it right away. They knew I was expecting house guests and that I needed hot water asap. Hassler couldn't have been more accommodating, caring, and professional in the job that they did. Their communication skills + expertise + attention to detail are exceptional. They did an A+ job and I am grateful. Thank you, Hassler!
