Technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and remedied issues with my wall unit gas heater in no time. Stuck around to test it and make sure everything was working properly. I couldn't have been more satisfied with Hassler. The technician listened to my account of the symptoms of furnace producing heat intermittently & unreliable. He looked at both thermostats, then went into the attic. He found an error code displayed; the gas pressure had tripped a setting because it had gotten too high. He lowered the pressure and reset the system. He also found that both cold air return filters were filthy and advised me to change them every 3 months. This was all done within 30 minutes. He was highly knowledgeable & professional. He was also training another technician. My neighbor recommended Hassler, and I now know why. Service: Heating system maintenance

Hassler installed our furnace and some mini-splits some years ago. They did a great job, and we couldn't have been more impressed with their people.
