I love Cool City! I was freezing because my heating was not working. They came out that day and I was warm all night! Totally reasonable pricing but would of paid more.
I called on a Sunday and made an appointment with Monica and she set it for noon. The techhician didn't come by 1 so I called to check up and recieved voicemail. I waited another hour and still no technician. I called back again and recieved voicemail again. No call back and no technician. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were fast and reliable. My wife and mother are no longer "freezing to death". Happy wife, Happy Life.
