Second City Plumbing

We dropped an expensive wedding ring down the toilet - accidentally of course. Mike, Christine, Tyler, and Ulysses at Second City gave us a same-day appointment. Using a high tech endoscope/camera, the guys were able to visually identify the ring about 20 feet downstream of the toilet. Using a location device, they were able to pinpoint the location of the ring which helped reduce excessive repairs. The 3" plastic drain line was cut and repaired in minutes. These guys are professionals, friendly, and did a great job FAST! We are grateful for their help and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Second City (El Segundo!)

Called SC Plumbing around 2pm and was scheduled for 1st appointment at 8:30 - 9:00am. The next day, I called a little after 8:30am to confirm the time a plumber would arrive and no one answered. I called again at 9:00am and was told the plumber was on the way. Tyler arrived a little after 9:15am. Tyler has a jovial personality and his passion for plumbing shows when answering questions on the process. Tyler was considerate of my house and showed concern in clearing my clogged sewer line. I believe Tyler performed a thorough job of snaking the pipe. I was further happy when I paid what I was quoted. I will be calling Second City for any future plumbing needs and I will request Tyler is the plumber. Service: Drain cleaning

Second City plumbing Came to fix my GROHE Faucet. Parts supplied by manufacturer. The water hose got a hole in it & it started leaking. Since they installed it, I called them to replace the factory provided hose. The hose the factory sent leaked, but I had a second hose. The plumber reinstalled the 2nd new hose. Now it is not leaking all over my kitchen. They were prompt, they came earlier, which they called and asked if, "earlier worked for me?" It did. And faucet works fine now. I appreciate their prompt service & the phone call making sure earlier worked for me! The plumber was kind, professional & prompt, but he needed my electrical tape for a plumbing job, which concerns me! Please return my used 2 hoses so I can send to the manufacturer. Especially the brand new defective one. Thank you. Prompt. Good service!
