Can not say it enough: STAY AWAY, DON'T BOTHER. Every bad review here has covered it. So ditto alllllll that. I don't trust any of the work this technician claimed didn't need to be done, as his main concern was what was on the work order, and what is covered by the warranty. Will now have to hire a real plumber to discuss everything I thought I was getting with Plumbing Express. Why that name, BTW? Plumbing Express? I feel terrible for this owner, just for the number of bad reviews, but at some point someone is going to have to really have a reckoning. Remember: we also work hard for our money, try to support local, etc, but have a right to some basic expectations for hiring work out. There are so many other great plumbers out there, who know what it means to have integrity and make things right. Don't bother with this one.

If I could give them a zero. If you have a technician deductible thru your home warranty company don’t ever pay the guys that do the work cash because they don’t turn it in..thank God for home surveillance cameras

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company to address a plumbing issue. I waited 2 days for them to call me until I called and left them a voicemail. I waited another day before contacting my home warranty company to address the lack of response from this plumbing company. The home warranty rep called the plumber, and the plumber’s rep said they tried to call me last Tuesday. No one ever called me last Tuesday because I never put in a service request last Tuesday, so not only does this company not respond, they also lie. I do not recommend this company for any jobs.
