I had unusual plumbing issues for the first time ever and based on many recommendations from past customers I called Elk Grove Plumbing. It was easy to get a quick appointment and Yolanda arrived on time and eager to help. She listened to me, asked many questions to figure out the problem, and did not hesitate to ask me to help test water flow, etc. Yolanda called other technicians and quickly ruled out possible issues and zeroed in on the actual problem. She kept me informed at every step and within two hours had the problem resolved, everything cleaned up and back in working order, and presented me with a shockingly low bill! I love supporting local businesses but the prompt service and exceptional care I received from Elk Grove Plumbing was outstanding today! I will never hesitate to call them if any other plumbing issues arise.

As newer home owners of a property with a septic tank system we didn’t know who to call because we didn’t know the issue, just knew we had a clog with back flow. As city dwellers, we decided to go with a plumber first and called around our area. They scheduled us for something immediate. Some $$ later with diagnostics, it was decided we needed to call for septic service. Part of me felt like …dang! we could have saved some money by calling for septic tank service first!… Honestly, even though they were not able to solve our issue, Matt was amazing to work with and I would recommend him. He was super thorough and spent the time going through everything with us. Thanks.

At 3 am I heard a loud alarming sound. It was actually coming from the backyard faucet. O_o! The only way to stop it was to turn the water on. I had to shut off the water valve to the home. This morning I got on Yelp and entered my issue and Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain answered. They had a cancellation, so I was able to be scheduled for an 8-10am service. Hung P. came to look at the issue and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and identify the solution. He repaired the issue and everything is back to normal. He was professional and respected my home. I'm going to have them come back and run a gas line, so I can install a gas stove! Call them and use them if you have plumbing issues! Service: Faucet repair
