After turning on our AC for the first time this summer, we realized that we weren't getting enough cold out from the vents. Esco was able to come to the house quickly, identified that the problem was low refrigerant and also found a number of leaking ducts that needed repair/sealing. Photos and videos of the problems were shown to me so I knew the problems were real. They found the leak, sourced replacement components, and completed the repair before any warm days ever made us uncomfortable.
