When your AC goes out on a blazing hot day, you want a competent technician to repair it ASAP, and that is exactly what Chris Patterson did. I called 4 different AC repair companies and they were fully booked and could not come out for several days. When I called Chris, I left a message that I needed service as my unit went out of a 107 degree day. Within an hour, he said he was 10 minutes away! Despite the horrible heat, he quickly found the defective AC issues and explained what needed to be repaired. His price was very reasonable and lower than most larger companies. Chris was efficient in repairing the AC, he had all the parts that were needed in his van. I now have a cool house and didn't have to pay thousands more that larger companies would have charged and tried to upsell. Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning was quick to get me an appointment in my stressful time of need. They came on time, knew exactly what the problem was, and my heater was fixed within an hour. I also had my AC unit go out that following year, on a very hot day in summer. Patterson H&A came out that same day, and had us enjoying a cool feeling house again in no time. I am a lifetime customer now. Having them help me twice now, fix the problem fast, have my heater and AC back up and running again, and all with a friendly smile and tons of knowledge on what they are doing... Patterson Heating and Air conditioning recently replaced my air conditioning and heating system. They do awesome work and have great customer service. Everything was completed on time as promised. They are very reasonably priced compared to other companies. There were 3 technicians and the owner working on my project and I can’t say enough about how kind and polite they were.
