The Home Depot

Went to ask questions about my garage door opener. I ask the staff member as you see in the photos if he could help he said he was to busy so I waited for 20 minutes or so and still no help! Not sure why he's even working there? Then a manager noticed me waiting and asked if I needed assistance and called over gentleman (Efren) to better assist me with my questions. The manager thought Efren would be more helpful and he was a great help thank you manager Sir and Efren ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? The guy in the photo worthless!

My wife and I just bought a house, and this store has been critical in ensuring that we are able to renovate, upgrade, and design our house how we want! The staff is incredible. We replaced all of our flooring and they were able to give us an amazing price for the materials. They also came through many times, having the essential parts, tools, and anything we needed to finish projects from electrical wiring, to paint, to everything we could imagine needing.

I just want to share my possibly best customer service experience with ‘David’ from Tuff Shed Home Depot Elk Grove branch. He’s a kind humble and professional person. Thank you David for helping me get the design of shed i want for my backyard and much appreciated your time for helping me install my shelve. If someone planning to buy a shed go to Elk Grove Home Depot ( Tuff Shed) and look for David i highly recommend him.
