Very bad customer service. I did order washer & dryer machine at Elk Grove Home Depot. They told me when they will deliver & install for me. They kept my order over 1 month and delivered today WITHOUT installation. The deliver told me that they are not available to install today & asked me to call to reschedule for installation. Again they still let me wait over 1 week for installation. NEVER COME BACK here.
It would be 5 stars, but the whole store has a layer of dust on everything. But they had what I was there for and a clearance item I thought I wouldn't find.
It's a pretty well run home Depot. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is stocked, and there is a nice garden section.
