Jason was our technician and he was professional, courteous, extremely helpful in offering solutions, and did all the work, except installing a couple of light fixtures which Jason could have done, but Mr. Handyman sent another technician to help, as we had many small jobs that needed some time to do. A couple of things couldn't be done the first day,, so Jason had to return. I called Mr Handyman to see when Jason could return and I had a couple of small issues with the work he had done on the first visit. Jason returned finished all of the work and fixed the minor things I had concerns about. Everything was done to my satisfaction. We are very pleased with Mr Handyman from the customer service folks on the phone to the service request person Elizabeth. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Outstanding customer service! They are helpful, nice, great in communications, and personable. The handyman was fabulous, fixed our issue in minutes! He was clearly an expert, and need to share that he was also early, plus reached out to confirm before the appt and when he arrived. The office/company was also a pleasure to speak with. From the quote for the services to the completion of the work, everything was extremely professional and expedient. Agustin, the person assigned to do the work at my house was always on time, completed the work, and left everything clean and in order.
