I needed a very old pet door removed. It was situated within a sliding glass door setup. Mr. Handyman sent the right person to do it - Mr. Brian Weintraub. I knew it was a difficult task and had to be done very carefully. I am happy with the result.

Jason was our technician and he was professional, courteous, extremely helpful in offering solutions, and did all the work, except installing a couple of light fixtures which Jason could have done, but Mr. Handyman sent another technician to help, as we had many small jobs that needed some time to do. A couple of things couldn't be done the first day,, so Jason had to return. I called Mr Handyman to see when Jason could return and I had a couple of small issues with the work he had done on the first visit. Jason returned finished all of the work and fixed the minor things I had concerns about. Everything was done to my satisfaction. We are very pleased with Mr Handyman from the customer service folks on the phone to the service request person Elizabeth. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Outstanding customer service!
