Recently Alanis Air was asked to add central air conditioning to our house. At the same time, we had our old furnace replaced. The price was competitive and done within 2 weeks of our contract approval. This winter our furnace was emitting an odor that was not acceptable. Tony worked with us to try to solve the problem. After a couple of weeks Alanis Air removed our new furnace and replaced it with another brand for no cost to us. The odor issue was resolved. Tony was extremely accommodating and always kept stating he wanted us happy no matter what. Alanis Air came through. We contacted Alanis air after getting quotes from a few other companies. Alanis air set up an estimate appointment for the very next day and we were able to schedule the install for the following week. They gave us a price we were comfortable paying and felt was very fair for electrical upgrades and a new AC unit as compared to the other estimates we received. They did a great job and were fantastic to work with. We have an older home that presented a few challenges and the team did a great job circumventing potential issues. We would highly recommend Alanis Air, very friendly and honest.
