Baker installed solar panels with battery backup for us and did a fine job. We asked for a quote for air conditioning and the salesperson recommended a heat pump system which they claimed would provide both heating and cooling. Air pump worked great for AC but basically provided no heat when outside temperature was under 50. We’re at 5K ft elevation. We had to have a propane furnace reinstalled for proper heating. We ended up losing over $16K to put things right. Baker refused to provide any reimbursement claiming we didn’t operate or maintain the heat pump properly. I’ve asked them repeatedly for any information pertaining to heat pump maintenance and operation with no response.

Baker electric is professional and honest. Was a pleasure working with Eric Y for estimating and sizing a replacement AC unit. Will continue to go with them for all our maintenance and energy needs.

I recently replaced my entire HVAC system and ducts. Baker Home Energy did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them. The job took two days and they were here when they said they would be and followed the plan they laid out for me. I was really happy about the creative way they were able to cut in a return line to improve circulation. They routed it through my closet in the foyer without robbing me of valuable space. I highly recommend them.
