I have a dryer outlet in the garage. I was looking for a simple way to use this 230V/30 amps outlet for a charger for EV car. All other electricians wanted to install a 250 ft cable from from the southside electric panel to the northside garage in my U shaped house that would cost several thousands dollars. Douglas from Electrical insight came gave a simplest multiswitch solution that can change from Dryer-Off-Charger positions. They are honest, friendly, and reasonably priced. Had to have a new oven and micro installed. The new oven required a new 40 amp breaker, and up- sized # 8 electric wire. Austin came out to do the estimate. I could tell he knew what he was doing.
