They will not discuss pricing over the phone and when the tech came in person he said they have a flat pricing plan. They were saying it would be $450 for a job that ended up costing me $30 and maybe an hour of my time. If you want fair prices I would recommend looking elsewhere. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is that the technician was very kind the entire time.

Outstanding service from top-notch plumbing technician, Michael (Mike) yesterday. I was so impressed with this company. They answer the phone promptly and are very courteous and professional. They sent a technician out within 30 minutes. Mike was exceptional from the moment he arrived: so friendly and helpful and, wow, does he ever know what he's doing. Lol. I had to make a comment to him that it's not too often we meet people who are not only really good humans - kind, friendly, personable, polite and professional - but they are also REALLY good at their jobs.
