Warning, they do not stand behind their work. I hired for leaks, Drew the inspector showed me what they would do, given the price (high) yet also given a guarantee, I agreed. Well, they sent subcontractors that were in a hurry and did not do a great job. Rain came, leak appeared again. I called, guaranteed right. Well no. They sold me a guarantee (which was extra) but was not applicable to my roof so I was disqualifed. The leak that appeared was never repaired, they hoped California weather would help there deceptive practices. I called to talk to manager, sorry unavailable, they sent the fine print of the contract. They knowingly sold a guarantee that did not apply. They are a BAD company, they send incompetent subcontracts and do not stand behind their work. How is one supposed to know it leaks until it rains, right? I believe they count on that. This company assessed my roof and falsely reported that it need to be fully replaced at a cost of 35,000$. I've had it inspected by 2 other roofers and both agreed that the roof only needed minor repairs. This greedy company with no regard for the truth shouldn't be hired by anyone unless you want to waste your money. Service: Roof inspection

I wasted a lot of time trying to even get an inspection report after someone coming to my home to look at my roof. I had a roof leak. My home warranty company assigned me this roofing company. The initial roof inspection was not an issue. They accommodated a time/date that worked for me. This was back in December. It's now March and the company has never gotten back to me or the home warranty company. They sent me one email since my inspection to tell me that the inspector didn't get my report processed yet and they'll get back to me. It never happened. I called and emailed numerous times and could not get a hold of anyone. The home warranty company couldn't get in touch with anyone either. Save your time and go with another company. My home warranty had to assign me another company because they do not follow up or respond. I'm extremely disappointed for all this time wasted and my roof leak has gotten worse!
