Gray's Plumbing showed up within the time promised. This was an emergency situation. Kevin and Jeremy did a through inspection of my gas leak. I had my garbage disposal and toilet unit replaced by Gray Plumbing Inc. Before our scheduled time they sent me a photo of our Plumber and a little description about himself. I believe this is a plus especially for security purposes which kept my mind at ease!! Eric took care of everything. He is very thorough and took his time to answer all my questions. He has great customer service skills and even showed me how to troubleshoot our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend Eric and the job that he did for us!
