Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

For the last several months, I had multiple issues with my water heater. I have used 4 different companies/technicians. To make long story short. I ended up getting a new water heater and noticed strong gas smell coming from the water heater. I contacted Roto-Rooter, and Doug was my technician. Excellent customer service from start to finish. They said what'd they'd do, provided a fair price and then proceeded to do what they said. The gentleman who came to actually do the work was professional friendly and got the job done. There was no slacking no excuses nothing. He didn't lollygag and take forever. We initially considered going with a private plumber but then I read an article in Forbes it talked about Roto-Rooter so I thought well let's give it a shot. And I was not disappointed very pleased and would absolutely Not hesitate to call them again if I needed service done on our plumbing. I also would recommend it to anyone who has a job that needs to be done and done well.

I had 5 guys try to come out and fix my toilet and none of them knew what they were doing. Rotor Rooter ends up sending a very nice guy named Kameron out and he was able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. He was extremely courteous and professional and when he was finished, he disinfected the whole bathroom. He was awesome and if I ever need plumbing services again I'm going to specially request him!
