Jim is the best! Made a call to him for a duct inspection to proceed with selling my house and he came that evening and as usual, took care of us! Original review: After getting a couple estimates for the job (furnace replacement and Air Conditioning addition/installation), I went with Jim at Absolute Air. He was very personable and professional. Answered all questions, explained his process and what he would be doing in detail. No hidden expenses and he went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed without any issues. The inspectors were very impressed with the job as well, making the permit process that much smoother. Jim's business is family owned and his wife was just as professional and helpful! How refreshing to get a call back within 15 minutes of leaving a message with Absolute Air. Jim is an experienced and professional air conditioning expert. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and so personable. We wanted our two AC units checked out before the summer season. He found very few issues and replaced one contact relay and a filter. He found a few minor issues with loose screws and rust and fixed those as well. He was up front with his prices and doesn’t try to sell more services than needed.
