Elite Roof Repair

We had Elite Roof Repair repair our roof after we bought our house in 2019. We have a 5 year warranty as part of the job. After a storm in October, we have a leak in the back of the house. They came out to look at the damage and said they would need to redo the whole back section of the roof. They were quick with scheduling the repairs, but as soon as we asked if this was still going to be covered by our original warranty, they stopped responding to all calls, texts and emails. They never showed up to the scheduled appointment as well. This has gone on after multiple contacts for 6 months with still no response. Beware of this company. Highly recommend Elite Roof Repair. They did an awesome job repairing our leaky roof in Folsom and the price was very reasonable. They took pictures at various stages and explained how they repaired the roof. We were very impressed with their hard work and friendly demeanor. We had no issues after this last storm and we will be using only Elite Roof Repair from now on. We will also be calling them in the near future to check on some dry rot issues.
