Josh and his crew, did an Awesome job for us. They were very professional and super fast. We are very happy with the complete new air conditioning system that ICM installed for us.
I can’t say enough about ICM. Had never used them before and called them at 6:30AM on a Sat because my elderly mother’s AC unit went out and my husband & I were out of town.With temps reaching 100+ degrees expected over the next few days they assured me they’d be out there by 8 to diagnose the problem. And they WERE! Additionally I received continual & regular updates. They told me not to worry, assuring me they’d get her taken care of. By 11AM they found the Freon leak, refilled the unit and sent me a very reasonable bill - especially when you consider it was an emergency call and included the cost of labor and materials. Duane & Josh were super nice to boot. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need their services! Service: A/C system maintenance
