Had water filled up to the brim of the waste pan under my 9-year old water heater. Called this company and 'Rich' came out within an hour - ON A SUNDAY MORNING!. He explained what work he would perform and 'got-er-done' with a new water heater installed by 3:00pm. Very professional and efficient. I recently had Water Heater Specialists come to my house to inspect my old water heater and install a new one. I was very impressed with the service I received. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the problem with my old water heater and the benefits of the new one. He also made sure to answer all of my questions. The installation process went smoothly and quickly. The technician was very clean and organized, and he left my home spotless. I am very happy with the new water heater, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs water heater service.

Came out within the quoted time. Had everything needed to replace a leaking water heater. The technician, Rich, did an excellent job and had everything working within a couple hours. I needed the work done right away so I didn’t complain about the cost, but the “convenience” and labor costs were at least double what a competitor would charge.
