They completed the AC install exactly how they said they would and did in a timely manner. Could not be happier. Jaime with the sales team made this experience effortlessly smooth with no hiccups or surprises. Just had our one year check on our units and WOW!!!! What great service!! Rick was thorough in both servicing all our units and in his explanations of what he was doing and how to maintain our system. He was friendly, patient, and professional! We love our system and love Command Comfort!
Had regular maintenance service on my 4 home mini-splits. Service technician was friendly, explained everything he was doing, made sure I understood how to operate the system optimally, and finished in a very timely manner.
