Command Comfort

UPDATE to previous review below: In fairness to myself, I have to take off one star after getting a 3rd opinion on our installation - and finally one that really investigated the issue we were having. (Note: Command Comfort didn't install our system - we hired them to troubleshoot / give a second opinion on a previous install, and this review is for that service visit.) We contacted another, 3rd service provider -very reputable with over 30 years of business - also specializing in Trane / American Standard systems. On their visit they immediately - as in, as soon as the condenser came on - confirmed that the noise our system makes is NOT a normal operating sound. (The compressor blanket and isolators that were recommended by Command Comfort, as well as our installer, to suppress a loud but otherwise normal compressor - had no effect on the abnormal pulsating sound in question.) So my complaint about Command Comfort comes down to this: The service fee we paid them offered no value whats

Can’t say enough about the professionalism this company and the crew that came and installed our ductless AC. First, Jamie came in and took a thorough inspection of my house and made some suggestions about where to install. Then, his estimate for the job was closer to my actual budget than the others that came before him. On the day of the installation; Jack, Christian, Naz, and Jesse all came at the time they were suppose to come in and started working immediately. They were able to complete their work in 2 days. They did everything efficiently and cleaned up as soon as they finished. What stood out the most to me was their professionalism and their dedication to their craft. They also answered all of my questions about the unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about going ductless. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Had regular maintenance service on my 4 home mini-splits. Service technician was friendly, explained everything he was doing, made sure I understood how to operate the system optimally, and finished in a very timely manner.
