Our 24-year old AC stopped working. We thought it's a good time to replace it along with aged furnace with more efficient ones. We decided to stick with the original brand. Giant HVAC is in the manufacturer's dealer list. I called their number and Joe showed up next day. He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns in a professional way. He gave us three device options to choose from. I like that. Of course we also talked to other contractors but Giant HVAC offered the most attractive quotes. The installation team showed up early in the morning and had the job done in the late afternoon. Joe gave the final setting and testing to make sure the two-stage system working as expected.
