We had an appointment window by noon. No one showed up. My wife called the company twice with them saying they would call right back. Two hour later, no call backs. I called and asked to speak to someone who could explain why no one had shown up. The receptionist refused to tranfers me to anyone. Stay away from this company!
VERY PLEASED & GOT RESULTS!!!! This company knows how to take care of business. They answered the phone, explained things, made a very timely appointment (and actually showed up when they said they would!) The issue was determined quickly and we are very happy with the service call. Wish I didn't waste time dealing with other companies before this one. I would recommend this company to my friends and family without a doubt.
