It was a very difficult and traumatic experience, especially during the holiday's weekend. She immediately worked on shuffling the schedule of her top technician who had been booked solid for 2 weeks to squeeze him in the next day to assess the situation. By Jennifer's immediate response to getting her technician out the next day, all 4 units were able to have the water turned back on that day after having no running water for nearly 5 days.
