As air and Repair

Our AC unit stopped working and the home warranty assigned this company as the first service contractors to come check on it. Someone showed up and after about half an hour they guy told me the compressor was busted. He said he’d submit the report to the home warranty company letting them know. However, they did not submit a report until after almost a week during which they were not responsive at all!! When they did finally submit the report the home warranty company said they stated they were not sure what was wrong with the unit!!!!! Their incompetence is the reason for which my family has had to spend most of the hottest month of the year without AC!!! We cannot sleep in our home due to the heat! I also blame the home warranty company for not screening their contractors well enough but I will follow up on that with them.
