Do not use this servicer. They are completely unresponsive and unprofessional. They refuse to answer the phone, and have a voice-mail advising to text them instead for a faster response. They also do not respond to text messages which I have proof of. I have been without AC for months because of them. My home warranty has reached out numerous times. I do not know why they contract with home warranties if they refuse to comply with service requests. They use home warranties as a scapegoat for not completing service requests and will blame the home warranty for things not getting done, supplies not being picked up, and so on when I can see here in the reviews I was not the only one having issues. I also asked for an itemized receipt for charges which they refused to provide. The one time I did speak to the owner he said the supplier never sent my unit, yet the home warranty proved their contact with them regarding the unit. They also advised their techs do not do appointments and only
