We had the best experience with this company! We had an a/c repair company come out in the beginning of summer and little did we know they broke tiles on our roof. Mike Wilson at Flat Roof Pros handled our roof repair process from start to finish and kept in constant communication. I contacted them several times and spoke to Sarai who promised several times Mike would contact me within 24 hrs. Never heard from him. Called the 855 number, and email contact submitted on line. Never heard from the. I started contacting them daily from 2/28. Today is 3/4 and no contact. Moving on.
