Big 0 star ⭐️! I had my patio cover installed over two years ago and it leaks every time it rains. Also now rusted and ugly. I have been trying to get a hold of them since October 2021 to have it repaired. Unfortunately no such luck. I have been calling Frank and Stephanie, but they don’t seem to care about my issue. They just keep ignoring me. It’s supposed to be a lifetime warranty, but they are not keeping their words. So, I been dealing with this problems for the last over two years. I wish I didn’t used this company, because they are unprofessional and unreliable. I wish I read their reviews first, especially from the BBB reviews. Total nightmare from the beginning until now. The installer were very messy, because they left their garbage in my backyard. Their music was loud and annoying, which my neighbor didn’t appreciate it. The salesman I spoke too we’re very professional, they walked through everything with me. The customer service was amazing! They handled everything really really well.
