Big 0 star ⭐️! I had my patio cover installed over two years ago and it leaks every time it rains. Also now rusted and ugly. I have been trying to get a hold of them since October 2021 to have it repaired. Unfortunately no such luck. I have been calling Frank and Stephanie, but they don’t seem to care about my issue. They just keep ignoring me. It’s supposed to be a lifetime warranty, but they are not keeping their words. So, I been dealing with this problems for the last over two years. I wish I didn’t used this company, because they are unprofessional and unreliable. I wish I read their reviews first, especially from the BBB reviews. Total nightmare from the beginning until now. The installer were very messy, because they left their garbage in my backyard. Their music was loud and annoying, which my neighbor didn’t appreciate it. I got a patio cover with this company and paid almost double what some else was going to do the job for just because they said it was a big company and it came with a warranty and that they would take care of all the paperwork as far as the permit and everything... its been 2 years now and i haven't gotten anything and i have called to let them know i have a leak and that mold is forming under the patio... they keep saying that they will call me back and send someone out to see but its been over a year and no 1 has called or showed up... bad customer service.. why offer a warranty and promise the world if your never gonna ask the phone or show up.
