Slow follow-up and double the price of local AC company. My home warranty contracted my AC problem with this company at the end of May before the triple digit heat wave in the valley and it took 2 months to finally tell me that I would need a new AC system. I had to wait 2 weeks each time for a tech to come out and each time took almost 2 weeks for further information. First came back as a possible faulty fan motor for why my condenser was not working then second time was told a mismatch unit that would need a full replacement. Why is it that I need to constantly call the company for an update when the tech and your receptionists say within 24 hours? It took almost 1.5 weeks for my warranty company to get any information and I had to keep calling them to follow-up with Indoor Air Quality. Just a disappointing situation for everyone involved.

It happens. The AC stops working when it’s 104 outside and a heat wave is on it’s way. But who was working today was Angel. He arrived after hours and worked for an hour on a hot roof in extreme heat. He was kind and courteous, and did a thorough examination of what needed to be serviced. Indoor Quality Services was here last year to do a service for pre-winter heating, and another one of their courteous professionals worked on the unit. I would recommend them highly. 5 stars go to the very professional and experienced technician, Alejandro R. He showed up on time, listened to me talk about all the problems my AC unit had and addressed all my concerns. He took photos of all areas of concern (duct work and the unit itself). When he explained what the issue was, he had the photos to SHOW me what was wrong instead of just telling me (which is what my experience has been with most other technicians). He was very honest about what to expect next, i.e. he’ll be reporting his findings to the warranty, but cannot guaranty what will happen (he suggested replacement of the unit, but the warranty may try to just replace the damaged part).
