5 stars go to the very professional and experienced technician, Alejandro R. He showed up on time, listened to me talk about all the problems my AC unit had and addressed all my concerns. He took photos of all areas of concern (duct work and the unit itself). When he explained what the issue was, he had the photos to SHOW me what was wrong instead of just telling me (which is what my experience has been with most other technicians). He was very honest about what to expect next, i.e. he’ll be reporting his findings to the warranty, but cannot guaranty what will happen (he suggested replacement of the unit, but the warranty may try to just replace the damaged part). The A/C unit was not working at my house. Taylor always answered my calls and gave us peace of mind that they were there to help. Alex came to service our HVAC unit. Alex is very knowledgeable, professional and will answer any questions you have. He fixed our A/C. Alex gave us information on how to maintain our unit to always have it working to its most efficiency. We now have a working A/C for these hot summer days. Thank you Alex! DO NOT hire this business.I would give them no stars! If you get stuck with your home warranty assigning them your contract then immediately ask for a different company. They are very unreliable, unprofessional and their service tech will tack on unnecessary costs. Our air conditioning unit became inoperable and so INDOOR QUALITY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING CAME out June 6, 2023 ( it is now July 24, 2023) and INDOOR QULITY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING OF FRESNO CA has done NOTHING but given us the run around. We paid almost $7,000 out of our pocket only for different people at INDOOR QUALITY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING to keep postponing our unit installation because they tell us the “ parts had to be reordered or parts are not in yet.” However our Home Warranty has informed us that is not true because “ALL parts that are needed for our installation have been in the warehouse since July 22, 2023.” My husband is a DISABLED MILITARY VETERAN AND I HAVE CANCER.
