Not only were they priced the most competitive of the options we looked, but they made some recommendations that I wasn’t aware existed for our set up. Those recommendations are going to result in a much more comfortable and less expensive (in terms of utility bills) summer for us. The sales person was courteous and patient and the employees who arrived at our home to do The work were an absolute pleasure to interact with at every phase of the process. They kept us informed, and were always incredibly respectful and courteous with any interactions that we had. During the process it was discovered that one option we had discussed didn’t need to be done, and even though I never asked if they adjusted the bill downward by a fairly significant amount to accommodate. I would’ve never known the difference, but I admire any company that goes to those lengths to take care of their clients and ensure their pricing is fair.
