This company really is there when you need them! New AC and it was installed quickly and efficiently. The entire crew was friendly and they went above and beyond to help me and my family get ready for summer. This is the kind of company that also makes a person feel like they’re in because they care and that it’s not all about the money. I would highly recommend them! Today is 5-23-23. PR Plumbing was hired again & they were here today. Installed a new water heater. They also had to replace old drainpipe in garage (been there since 1959) as overflowing and causing major problems for us. The employees are always so thorough and knowledgeable and do outstanding work. They are also very nice and respectful. If you need any type of plumbing,etc done you can’t go wrong with PR Plumbing. If I need any more done I will only hire them. Five star rating from Barbara Davidson!!!

Called and spoke to Libby, the friendliest and nicest lady. She promptly got me on schedule for the same day with a John who gave me options and pricing. I chose and he had Libby schedule the work the same day between 1-3:00. I got a call later from Libby asking if I’d like them to come earlier. I said yes, asap. She told me a Codie and Eric would be coming and I’d like them a lot. Codie called me shortly and said he’d be here in about 10 minutes. Libby called me when they arrived. I met them as they got out of the PR identifiable Van. Codie and Eric got out, introduced themselves and took a look at where they’d be working. Within minutes they began working Job was completed and they cleaned up afterwards. Needless to say, I am quite pleased and that’s why I’ve now used them twice. Talk about service! They all went above and beyond for me. I wish I could give them 100 stars. ???????????????????? Service: Water heater installation
