Ok this is the best company in the VALLEY!!! I had issues with my ac unit turning on but then the ac inside would not blow air. PRIOR to them another company basically told me I needed to buy a whole new unit. I was sent out to find a new company and get a second quote (mind you I did loose time and money cutting my losses with this other company) I found VALLEY AIR on Google. So I called for an appt they were able to get me in within the week. Anthony came by and he was very kind and informative. He said we needed to replace a part. A part was ordered and then a second visit was Joseph. He installed the new part. He worked quick, efficient, and answered all my questions. He rechecked the unit with his gadgets and he said it should be working!!! I'm so happy with the service!!! The service fee was affordable, the lowest in town!!! The work that was done was in a timely manner and very efficient. Everyone should call this company, great prices and great staff!!! Let's keep them in b

Such a helpful staff. Major shoutout to Anne Conner from the office and my technician Anthony Rodriguez. My heater had been out for weeks and nobody could figure out what was wrong wit it. There was water leaking from my swamp cooler. Technician David Rodriquez diagnosed the problem right away and is having it repaired right away. Employees like David is the reason I will always use VAR.
