Raul and his team at Eco Fresh just finished installing a new A/C and heating unit at my house and it was a great experience from start to finish. When Raul first came to my home, I knew I was dealing with a professional. He thoroughly examined my home and crawled into the attic to fully understand the situation. I asked him a ton of questions and he was happy to answer them. Raul took the time to really explain how things worked which is a big plus in my book. While he was in my house, he put shoe covers over his boots and placed a drop cloth under my attic access. Other HVAC companies who visited my home didn't take the care and time to do that. When the Eco Fresh team came to my house to install the new system, the first thing they did was place drop cloths over my carpet and placed plastic sheeting over the furniture in the bedrooms. We were thrilled with John's communication in the lead-up to our install and felt very confident going in, even though we were absolutely positive they couldn't get the job done in the time they estimated. We were stunned and thrilled when they called us to say they were done an hour early! A full install in a single day! And they did such a tidy, thorough job. They even added a couple things they decided were necessary during the job without going over their estimate. We're now two days out and can't believe the difference having central air has made to the comfort of our home. A very easy recommendation to make!

Eco Fresh replaced my heating/AC system some years ago. This week, after a planned power outage in my neighborhood, the thermostat went blank. After trying to fix it without success, I I called John Mattson, and he came over the next day, early on a Saturday morning, and showed me how to get it working. John was prompt, friendly and, of course, knowledgeable. I can't recommend John and ECO highly enough.
