We just recently had an install of new Lennox A/C, furnace, air purifier, and duct system with Eco Fresh HVAC and couldn't be happier. This company is morally and ethically wrong!!! Martin who is the manager of this HVAC company sent out an AC specialist to come determine if there was a rotten egg smell coming from my AC. Turns out the smell was coming from a sewage leak in the basement. The gentleman took note of this and I asked how I can get a report and he told me to defer back to my property manager. Unfortunately my property management company is super shady and won't give me anything. I asked martin if he would do the right thing and either provide the report to the me, the city, or my renters insurance company and he said no because they have a contract with drake real estate. My apartment has been inhabitable since I moved in and I still paid rent. This report was all I needed to finalize my claim so I can be made whole again and move and Martin was very vocal about not being able to help me because he would lose his contract with drake. I can't imagine why any company would have loyalty working for a company
