My manager at my apartment complex contacted me in regards to an issue I alerted them about my restroom toilet having problems that was fixed from another person but didn’t fix it . And so she sent out a plumber and I recieved Tony as my repairer he first came in asked if it was okay with me to come in although he didn’t have to ask bc i knew he was here for the issue . But i really liked how he knocked and then questioned what’s going on then asked if it was okay for him to come in and take a look at it. After he came in and i demonstrated to him what was going on he gave me an estimated time of how long he will take and what he’s going to do . Which was really great about him & was a really great repairer! He deserves allot ! Keept it up tony! Service: Toilet repair

I got you.” Those we’re Ernie’s exact words showing up at 9pm for a plumbing emergency we’d been dealing with ALL DAY. And he did. He had fixed in an hour what another plumber had told us they couldn’t do. That reassurance and those words just put me at total ease. Ernie is efficient, professional, trustworthy and kind.
