Don’t trust these these guys. I decided to give them a chance to provide me with maintenance service. After cancelling on me twice they showed up and a big show about how old my furnace was. After not providing service, the person recommended I update my furnace. Thankfully, I read other reviews on Yelp before proceeding. This seems to be how they scam people. Instead of fixing the problem, they indicated a bigger problem that is insolvable and suggest you replace the whole thing. Don’t let these snakes in your door. They are not to be trusted.
We’ve used Cole services at least twice. We received a very quick response, friendly and thorough work which didn’t take too long to finish!! Very satisfied
Our service technician, Zach Boy, provided service way beyond expectations. He patiently explained exactly what he was doing to solve the problem of why our gas furnace was not working. He outlined suggestions and gave different options of how to deal with the problem. He was personable and knowledgeable. If needed, I would have him back in a second. The person in the office who we originally contacted to make the appointment also was friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with Cole Services. Service: Heating system maintenance
