This review also includes an up date. The 1st time we had them come out was do to a broken bathroom pipe. Ralph the owner went above & beyond what was needed. He even brought in a few fan dryers to get the moisture out of the walls & floors (he let us use them until the insurance company brought in theirs). The 2nd time was a few months later, we where having our kitchen counters replaced. We already had an appointment scheduled for the sink hook up. When the counters were being installed I noticed that things weren't looking right so I called Ralph and asked him about what I thought wasn't correct, he answered my questions and then he stopped by my home within an hour to make sure the work was being done correctly. Instant Plumbing never charged extra for the above & beyond services. He & his employees showed up on time, were clean, when they were done left the areas of work cleaner than before, & the cost is very reasonable.

Instant Plumbing took care of my water heater problem quickly and without any issues. They tried to get my old water heater working, then went to Home Depot and helped me select my new water heater, and installed it all in the same day.
