Drain Right saved the day again. We needed to brace a water heater in connection with a sale of a property. I contacted several handymen but no one was available…until I called Drain Right. I was fortunate to have Juan Guzman work on the water heater. He arrived on time and was communicative on what needs to be done and pricing. I was a ball of stress when he arrived and by the time he finished, he had me laughing and relaxed. Juan is the best!

I had tried fixing the toilet myself (yeah, stereotypical old guy...), and when it got worse instead of better, had to call someone. I didn't know about this place, but saw it advertised, and now I'm glad I do. They were running a bit behind, but actually called to apologize about that before the end of the original window (which was only two hours). Juan, the plumber who came, was great . He was careful and thorough with his work, and clear and forthright with his estimate. Nice guy too. The price was way below what I expected and the work was done well. Highly recommended
