I had tried fixing the toilet myself (yeah, stereotypical old guy...), and when it got worse instead of better, had to call someone. I didn't know about this place, but saw it advertised, and now I'm glad I do. They were running a bit behind, but actually called to apologize about that before the end of the original window (which was only two hours). Juan, the plumber who came, was great . He was careful and thorough with his work, and clear and forthright with his estimate. Nice guy too. The price was way below what I expected and the work was done well. Highly recommended
Had a clogged sink. Called in the evening and they were out the next morning. Marcus was very polite, informative and professional. Will definitely call them again! Great service and fair pricing!
