David Macias came and did a fantastic job on a leak I had in my home. Great guy, really responsive, and everybody at the office was easy to talk to. Dave came out right away, was super helpful, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get the job done. I'll totally be coming back to these guys in the future. I had a pipe burst last Sunday morning around 9AM; a few years back I purchased a water heater from Power Pro, They work on weekends. I called them quickly and had a service man Gilbert Escutia arrive within an hour. He saw the problem, cut new pipe and re-welded fixed the leak. Great work, expert attitude, he described the task and had answers for all my questions. Will definitely use Power Pro again, hope to get back Gilbert! This was the fourth or fifth time I’ve worked with Power Pro and each time they have been super helpful and done a great job. This time I had a Luis for plumbing and Daniel for AC, and they were both excellent! They talked me through everything they were doing, gave me some things to keep an eye on, and were very through.
