I’m a repeat customer and have experienced prompt, professional service each time. Rooter Hero rep was at my doorstep within 2 hrs of my calling in request. He unclogged backed up shower tub swiftly and for a better price than I was quoted by another competitor. Rooter Hero provides convenient quality services at a competitive price. I recommend them to friends and family!

Roberto was very cordial and thorough in explaining all that would need to be done in a (partial) rerouting/repiping job of the residence. His assistant Larry was also very nice and knowledgeable, too, in describing all the areas where the pipes would be rerouted in the walls. Unfortunately, this company's pricing for just a (partial) repipe was just extremely too expensive for our budget.(Another friend of ours thought so, too.) Went with another company thanks to a neighbor's experience with them, that gave us a much better deal with a recommendation of a total repipe of our residence at half the cost of Rooter Hero, with inspections(from the city) and a lifetime warranty from this other company.

Leo’s work shows a good quality. The length of work that was explained to me was to complete the construction within a week but it took two weeks because the city inspector request was not submitted right away. The price was pretty expensive. Since the Rooter Hero boss did not give me a choice for a second estimate I could not compare the price.
