AVOID. Reilly's was supposed to come out for a service request through the home warranty plan. They called multiple times to make an appointment and then also pushed it to an earlier time. Till this point, I was happy and thought that the negative reviews here were just outliers but boy I was wrong. They NEVER SHOWED UP. I had rescheduled my errands for the day they were going to show up. I tried calling them multiple times at the end of the their time-window. Called again a few times; left voicemails but no response. Feeling frustrated and helpless. If going through home warranty plan, immediately ask them to change your provider to someone who isn't useless like these folks Services: Toilet repair, Sewer repair

I believe I’m limited on how much I can type… I’ll just hit the low points. I have used Riley’s once in the past so I wasn’t expecting this level of mediocrity. -I asked for someone to come out. After repeated calls, they kept pushing my appt out and finally canceled it. Asked I send a photo with the unit info. Was told it’s too old, has to be replaced, and quoted me $4K. After agreeing and paying half for the unit it took 2 weeks (they claimed it’s manufacturer issues). I asked if someone can still come look and my messages went unanswered. -During the 2 weeks I was gathering info for home warranty to be reimbursed. Guess I called too many times and they stopped answering my calls. I would call and no answer. Would call again from a different number and they answered on the first ring. Clearly avoiding me. -Installed new unit and still didn’t work. Spent 4 hours troubleshooting with no luck. No one came back the next day as promised, nor the day after as promised (not even a word unle

We are so grateful for his timely response. We discovered leak on our water heater at 2:30pm, we called several plumbers. No one can come because it is Saturday. Mr. Reilly took our call, came at around 6 pm, diagnosed the problem, came back with the needed parts within an hour and fixed the leak in a few mins.and today is Saturday after thanksgiving.
