HVAC Contractor - American Cool and Heat

My furnace was not working properly and just blowing cold air so I called this HVAC guy. They came first thing in the morning to troubleshoot my unit. He was very friendly and professional. I called American Cool and Heat a few weeks ago for a repair estimate of my air conditioning unit (refrigeration) because it wasn't cooling properly ???? and it was really warm. I called to make an appointment during the week so I could have them out the same day. They arrived promptly and were very professional. They took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. They even gave me the option of having them leave the unit running while they made their repairs.

My air conditioner broke down the week before Christmas, and I was really down in the dumps about it. Then I learned through a friend that American Cool and Heat services are pretty great! Not only did they come in and fix my air conditioner in a couple hours, but they also did a thorough cleaning of the inside. Rafik came two days later to check on it and make sure it was working. I had a very nice experience with them.
