Had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced asap as it was leaking into the neighbor's unit. King's Plumbing were a life saver in that I called on late Friday and they were able to quickly give a quote over the phone (sent a few pics) and were available to come the next day. Also their rate was much more affordable than others I called. Day of service went smoothly Robert & Eddie were extremely professional and considerate. I was super impressed with the way they handled the work. From the moment we started chatting about the problem, going through the steps, obstacles and finally presenting solutions. After talking with them for about 15 minutes I knew I was in good hands. They definitely went way above and beyond what was expected. Don’t go through this company if you have a whirlpool bathtub. The plumber that came to our home was rude and said he can’t help us and walked straight out. Went through our home warranty for this. Also they didn’t even follow through with the report so I had to call my home warranty to request them to get a transfer of service. Also if the company reply’s to this review don’t believe them. Sounds like the company needs new management
