I have used Piper Plumbing a few times over the last few months and I've been very happy every time. I live in an old apartment building with finicky pipes and a problematic water heater. The crew at Piper has always been very professional and quick to respond. They took the time to call the company that made my water heater and get replacement parts even though they had to wait on hold for more than an hour to do it, and they offered to come after hours to install the new part so I didn't have to wait another day for hot water. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area and I will definitely call them again!
What I liked about them the most is that they called and said they will be about 3-5 minutes late, which is not what I usually expect from a plumbing company. Of course the work was done quickly, and they cleaned up perfectly. Services: Faucet repair, Shower repair
