Service Titan AC & Heating

Our AC went out the day before July 4 and I went through my home warranty service and they connected Service Titan AC and Heating Inc which they contacted us right away! They offered to come out on July 4th, which I am grateful for. Arthur was our service technician. He was professional and courteous. My husband explained what’s going on and Arthur went straight to work and fixed what’s needed. When he was done, he told us exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Thank you Arthur for your efficient service and especially for coming out on a holiday! I recommend this company if you’re looking to get your AC repaired. Service: A/C system repair

Our experience with Titan was concerning. They are very prompt and polite to responding, but ultimately they mis diagnosed our issue and charged us for a repair that did not fix the problem. In addition their recommendation for the new model to replace our AC system was a low end model and when I challenged that decision, they became deceptive and defensive. Be careful and do your research when hiring Titan.

Arthur was really prompt, helpful & and made our HVAC look like brand new. He answered all my questions & gave us good tips on how to maintain it. Awesome service. Would highly recommmend.
