Be careful with this company, they do not fix the issue. They keep coming back and when you ask them questions they are extremely rude almost scary! The person who was out here got so MAD that we asked a question he got into his truck and left. They do not check their work. Please do not give this company your business, they will take your $$ and not fix the issue. I hope this will help with someone choosing a AC repair company. I do not recommend this company.

My AC has been making a lot of noises and smelled like something was burning. I had a couple people come out to take a look at it and they all said it was an electrical issue or there wasn't any issues they can see. I made an appointment with a company 2 weeks ago so when I called them to ask them to come out for an emergency repair because my AC stopped working in 98 degree weather I was told they couldn't come out until my appointment, which is 2 days from now. (I've been waiting over 2 weeks for this appointment because they as a recommendation) I called several other companies and no one had any availability. I reached out to Service Titan and they sent a technician within a few hours. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair it on the spot. There were multiple issues in which he took his time and diagnosed properly. The tech was professional and thorough with his explanation. The tech was great. Very courteous, professional, and fixed our AC in about 20 minutes. Came on the 4th of July not many companies would have services provided today. I would recommend this company any day.
