Canyon Air Systems

I’m the caregiver to a special needs adult who absolutely can’t be in the heat. This leak was absolutely awful and had us at very uncomfortable temperatures. Philip is absolutely the nicest guy. He heard my concerns and suggestions on what I thought was the potential problem. He smiled politely after I showed him the water dripping from a hole in the ceiling and got to work in finding the problem. He climbed in the attic and quickly found the AC draining pipe that had been pulled out of it’s place. He quickly fixed it and then made sure that there was 100% no leaks! Made sure I felt comfortable and secure and asked me to call again if there was any other problems. Yes, I will be recommending Canyon Air Systems to everyone. Thank you so very much! ???????????? We were very pleased with our experience with Canyon Air. Robin was so helpful in expediting a technician to our home (3 days with no AC in summer heat). Russell arrived and quickly identified the problem (fuse). He offered recommendations (hard start kit) to avoid future problems. We can't thank Canyon enough for the prompt response! ????????

Even though my unit was working, it was not cooling. I checked Google and Canyon was on top of the list. I called them on Monday, spoke to Bella, she listened, took my information and gave me an appmt for Wed. Before noon I got a call from Bella indicating that a tech could come the same day. Phillip, a gem, came checked the entire system to be sure that everything was good. Thank God, my unit needed to add cooling gas. Phillip also explained my options and prices. Most of us don't know about A/C, heating, plumbing, construction work, etc. With Phillip, I felt comfortable with his explanations, and I didn't have that feeling that I was taken for a ride. Also, I was very pleased when Bella answered the phone. She is what customer service should be. Respectful and polite. Nowadays, when one calls to a customer service, one has the feeling that the person answering the phone is being bother by the caller, and it is being rushed in most cases, or puts you on hold for long periods.
