Martin is the technician that helped us! He is very professional, honest and knowledgeable and he should be an ambassador when it comes to customer service!! He also gave us advice about our heater if it fails again he is very informative!! Red Apple air is very fortunate and lucky to have him!! 2 years ago we had them install brand new ac heating system with UV air purification. Never been more pleased. System runs smooth and takes a lot of dirt out of the air. You can see it on the filter and the air smells fresh and clean. For people with breathing issues i truly believe this is the way to go. Martin usually changes our filter yearly and checks the unit on the roof. Now today we had Seth as our technician. He was highly skilled as well and a pleasure to know. A great team.
