I set my appointment up from their website. They called the next morning to finalize the appointment and schedule that same day Technician arrived within the time window given. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. His first attempt did not fix the problem so he suggested some additional work. It was scheduled for the next day. Technician again arrived during the appointment window given. Completed work and cleaned up. Excellent job I would recommend this company with no reservations. Let me Just start by saying Nolan is the very best!! It was a Saturday morning at 6am and I flushed my keys down the toilet ! I tried everything but couldn't get to them. We have used orange county plumping in the past and I all ready knew I needed to call them. They called me back immediately and got to me in less then 20 min. My keys were really far back there but Nolan did not give up!! He used multiple techniques and I was starting to loss hope but Nolan finally got them back for me! Thank you so much Nolan you Rock!
