We had a plumbing issue with one of our toilets and Bob and Marc plumbers were able to come out quickly and prevent any further issues from our leak. They we honest and efficient. Their customer service from the receptionist to the plumbers who came out were great and I highly recommend their services. hey are now our go to plumbers! Had an appointment for them to come and turn off the water to replace valves in a unit I have in a building they are supposed to be familiar with. He did not know where to shut off water. Tried to figure it out but couldn't. Than charged me 120.00 for service call.

So... I had been a loyal customer for years an called with a pipe break ad water gushing everywhere, they were too busy to help. That took me years to get over. 18 months ago I went back to have a new toilet installed, looked good. 18 months later I've had another plumber come over and reseat it because it was loose. Turns out plumber used the bolts that came with the toilet that barely cleared the tile floor. He also didn't caulk it. Happily there was no expensive leak as the wax ring wasn't compromised. Not quality work at all and that cost me $385 to reseat from other plumber. My advice, use someone else, these folks are NOT your friendly neighborhood plumber. Service: Toilet installation
