As a small business owner in the area, it gives me no satisfaction in writing a negative review for a local business. However, I wanted to share my own experience so hopefully said company can learn and be better. I was quoted $120 per hour plus parts on the phone. The plumber shows up, says I need a new Moen cartridge (as I expected on my call) and continues to write me up for flat fee of $380! The plumber took apart the faucet in 15-20 min.. could have part the part back on in less than 1 hour. Now you tell me if that is fair or a BAIT AND SWITCH. Here is my suggestion, be HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
This company did a great job replacing our water heater. We had used him in the past and felt they were very professional and reliable. However, one thing to know is if you have a scheduled appointment with them, and a job that they have an opportunity to make more money comes up, they WILL AND HAVE call and cancel the job previously scheduled with you. So if you have A plumbing situation that needs to be taken care of right away, this is not the company to call! Service: Water heater installation
We had a plumbing issue with one of our toilets and Bob and Marc plumbers were able to come out quickly and prevent any further issues from our leak. They we honest and efficient. Their customer service from the receptionist to the plumbers who came out were great and I highly recommend their services. hey are now our go to plumbers!
