Don’t bother with this company. They’re unreliable, bad at communication. They’ll only take big jobs, and will promise to take smaller jobs (but they won’t, they’ll just waste your time). Arranged an appointment, the plumber came and assessed the job and told me they would send me a quote by end of day. They didn’t send a quote. A couple of days later I called the office and let them know I was waiting on a quote. They told me they’d get it to me soon. I called again after a few more days of not receiving a quote. They then told me I could have the plumber come in the morning. I waited until 2:30pm that day and the plumber never showed. Called the office and they said they couldn’t reach the plumber via phone (no one was answering). They left me hanging, never responded, and wasted my time. This all happened over 2 weeks. They had plenty of time to sort this out.

I was pleased surprised by the amazing service this company offers. The customer service staff was very accommodating, had a same day appointment even. The technician Jerreme was extremely courteous and professional. Great prices for the service we got as well! Will definitely be using them again in the future! Service: Sewer cleaning
